It started back in 2012 with my daughter and I. The money we earned went to her Grade 8 school trip to Ottawa, Ontario. Ever since then, we have been keeping it going ever since. I am really excited to be launching our new website Days Gone By Candle Co.

Each candle is individually hand poured and packaged in our home.
Why burn soy candles over Paraffin Candles?
- soy wax are made from vegetable oil (soy beans)
- non toxic, its much healthier for humans, pets and the environment
- easy clean up if it spills just warm water and soap.
- they burn 50% longer than paraffin wax and they have a much stronger scent.
I can't find a better way to support our economy and our farmers by using soybeans for candles.
We also sell our candles on Etsy. We have been for a couple of years. You can find it here.
I know with small children around sometimes, candles are not the best option around your home. That's why we also sell soy melts. These melts work great in any warmer. Its just like burning a candle.
